How we work

Customer first. Product backwards. Value early.

We don't start with technology — we start with your customers and work backwards from the product they should experience. Then we deliver it in small, fast iterations, so you're steering with working software in hand within the first few weeks, not reviewing documents for a quarter.

1

Understand the business

Requirements gathering that starts with your customers and revenue, not our tech preferences. We learn how you make money before we touch anything.

2

Work backwards from the product

We define the end state first — what your customers experience — then design the shortest path to it.

3

Small iterations, early value

Agile, fast iterations: something real ships in the first few weeks, and every fortnight after. You steer with working software in hand.

4

Continuous support

We stay after go-live — monitoring, on-call arrangements and continuous improvement, short-term or long-term.

The iteration loop

Every engagement runs on the same loop — a shippable increment every one to two weeks, with real feedback steering what comes next.

Discover Design Build Ship every 1–2 weeks feedback from real users steers the next iteration

Requirements gathering that respects your time

The first days of an engagement are spent understanding the business: how you win customers, where money is made and lost, which systems and people the work touches. Requirements come out of that understanding — written down, prioritised with you, and revisited every iteration rather than frozen in a document nobody re-reads.

Expect us in your ticketing system, on your calls and — for operators — in your NOC. The best requirements are the ones your own team already knows; our job is to hear them.

Small iterations, honest checkpoints

Something real ships in the first few weeks — a working slice of the product, a configured BNG in a test zone, a pipeline moving real data. From then on the cadence is steady: demo, feedback, next iteration. You can redirect the work, pause it, or stop at any iteration boundary — the value delivered so far is yours and it works.

This is how we de-risk fixed-price work too: the earlier real software meets real users, the earlier surprises surface, and the smaller they are when they do.

Engagement models

Engage the way that suits the work

Short or long, hourly or fixed — and continuous support after go-live so what we build stays fast, monitored and understood.

Flexible hourly rates

Advisory, configuration work and support billed by the hour — scale up and down as your roadmap moves.

Fixed-price projects

Well-defined scope, a signed statement of work, and a price that doesn't move unless the scope does.

Short-term engagements

A week of BNG configuration, a migration, an audit — small engagements are welcome and often become long ones.

Long-term partnership

Continuous development and support retainers: monitoring, on-call arrangements and a team that already knows your stack.
